I read a few books and articles yg cakap pasal the important of healthy mind...let's change the way we think..no no no..I'm not asking u to change..but I will...fikir benda2 yg positive sahaja supaya kita lebih positieve...
Dulu saya suka fikir negative n saya jadi org yg sgt negative..skrg tidak lagi..I can do everyhting which dulu aku sgt takut utk lakukannya ;) hurmmm the power of mind...ur mind can control ur behaviour..the way u think and the way u act...
Yeah sometimes org akan judge kita, kata we r hypocrite by looking at the changes that we have made, but trust me mereka hanya cemburu kerna kita berubah ke arah kebaikan...manusia yg sentiasa berada di takuk lama dan tak nak berubah adalah manusia yg ego bodoh..eh bodoh sombong ;p
Ubah cara bergaul, cara bercakap, cara tunjukkan kemarahan, cara bergurau, cara menunjukkan ketidakpuasan hati, cara protes, cara berkawan, dan sebagainya...jgn kata "aku mmg macam ni nak buat mcm mana"..remember the power of mind..kita boleh berubah kalau kita nak..
I would like to thank my parents n siblings, mereka mengajar saya adab berkeluarga..kami sentiasa menjaga adab dalam bercakap,bergurau mahupun bergaduh...walaupun tidak di ajar adab berpakaian ;p...Alhamdulillah..
Happiness starts from home...cari kebahagian dalam rumah kita dulu..pergaulan dgn keluarga...then we know how to mingle with others...
