1. Keep smiling....
2. Drinks lots of water..good for health
3. Walk at least 10min daily
4. Post +ve statuses on FB, Twitter, YM
5. Meet up with ur friends
6. Forget what hurt u in the past.But never forget what it taught u
7.Forgive who hurt u yesterday, But don't forget who loves you tenderly today8. Eating Healthy Foods can change your life, give you energy, help you lose weight, and increase longevity!-insyaAllah-
