Sayangi Jantung Kita .....

 Eat 5, Move 10, Sleep 8


Eat 5 : Maknanya korang kena makan at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruits daily...hurmmm tak dapat nak nolong..ok gantikan dgn suppliment ;p

Move 10 : Sekurang kurangnye ambil masa 10 minit untk physical activity...kat office tu rajin2 la pegi toilet ke, turun naik tangga tanpa tujuan ke, or jalan jauh skit dari biasa time lunch or parking...make a difference today..jgn malas k...oh i did this...supaya aku nampak busy kat office ;p

Sleep 8 : Quality sleep is good for your heart....Make sure tdo at least 8 hours a day..tp org skrg susah nak dptkan tdo yg cukup ye dok..cuba la k...


 It's great that you want to improve your heart health. Don't think that you have to make big changes to have an effect on your heart health, though. Even small, basic steps can have dramatic effects.
